You can try this anywhere where you can relax, preferably laying down. Even better try it when going to sleep. If you have trouble sleeping don't worry. We are all different and I believe that if we just relax, our systems tend to look after us automatically. Just let yourself go onto auto-pilot. Relaxation and imagination are what we need here.

• Close your eyes and take in a deep breath through your nostrils and hold it for four seconds. Now release the breath slowly through your mouth so that your lungs are empty by the count of eight seconds. Repeat this two more times. Then repeat again but this time as you release your breath imagine that the air you exhale is a huge white balloon that carries you up into the air. You feel very comfortable and relaxed as you float along carried by your wonderful balloon.


• You slowly descend into a pool of water that glows and pulses with a deep blue light. You are naked but you don't mind because the water is so comfortable and warm. The colour of the water slowly changes to a deep green and then slowly again to yellow. It feels so lovely being cosseted. You have no fear of the water as it again changes colour to orange and slowly again to red. The red water starts to disappear and flow away and you become aware of doorway in the side of the pool. You are now wearing a huge fluffy red dressing gown and you walk to the doorway. As you approach the door opens by itself and you look down a long red lit tunnel.


• You walk along the tunnel and become aware of a force pulling you along towards the end of the tunnel. You know that a feeling of love is tugging at you, wanting you to keep going. You also know that you are connecting to your super-mind, your power sub-conscious.


• You arrive in a small room lit by a cool white light. The floor, walls ceiling are all white also. In the center of the room is a large desk and a vast white easy chair which you go over to and sink into its comfort.
